What Is Brain Cancer?

What is brain cancer? Brain tumor causes are linked to vinyl chloride as well as brain tumor symptoms from inherited diseases.
Brain cancer is when a tumor is or becomes cancerous. It is important to remember that not all types of brain tumors are cancerous.
The answer to, "What is brain cancer?" is complicated. Brain tumor causes may not be known, although there are risk factors.
One of the first things to understand is that not all brain tumors are cancerous. These types of tumors only become fatal when a vital structure in the body is compromised.
However, if your brain tumor symptoms are found to actually be cancerous, then this is life-threatening.
Brain tumors are named after the specific cells that are involved. When these cells mutate and grow uncontrollably (whether in the brain or elsewhere), the result is a mass of abnormal cells.
Risk factors for brain tumor causes include:
Race and age (brain cancer occurs more frequently in whites, except for meningioma, which occurs more in blacks)
Chemical exposure, such as to vinyl chloride, petroleum products, high levels of lead, mercury or arsenic
Scientists have found an link between gliomas (type of tumor that starts in the spine or brain) and a history of infection with varicella zoster, the virus that causes chicken pox and shingles.
Many times though, it is simply not known what the brain tumor causes are.
Is Aspartame a Link to Brain Cancer?

The link between aspartame and brain tumor causes has been brought before Congress. Dr. M. Adrian Gross, former senior FDA toxicologist, testified before Congress about his findings.

"Beyond a shadow of a doubt, aspartame triggers brain tumors" and, "therefore, by allowing aspartame to be placed on the market, the FDA has violated the Delaney Amendment.."
..."and if the FDA violates its own law, who is left to protect the public?"
The Delaney Amendment states that it is illegal to allow any residues of cancer causing chemicals in foods. When the director of the FDA would not approve aspartame for the market, he was promptly replaced by one who would (and did).
How could this happen? The makers of aspartame (formerly Searle, now Monsanto) are quite strong politically. There is a lot of money to be made in artificial sweeteners, so it was necessary for profit that the public have this available.
There is more evidence every day about how harmful artificial sweeteners are. There is a clear link between regular consumption and a higher risk of brain tumor symptoms.
